You may return any goods which are unsuitable within 28 days of receipt. Returned goods must be in unused condition and complete with their original packaging. Charges incurred for return postage will not be refunded. Please ensure you have proof of posting in case of delivery problems.

Refunds will be credited onto the card used for the original transaction and will be done so within 5 working days. We pride ourselves on customer service and will always try to resolve any issues that may arise during your transaction.
